I have enjoyed my success as a Real Estate Consultant since 2006. I began my career just before the change in our market, forcing me to learn alot in a short amount of time! I have adapted to many different market conditions over the past years and would like to share my experience and knowledge with you!
I was raised in Woodland and have a deep love with strong roots to this community. The people that I serve are the same people that I see in everyday scenarios. They are my friends, neighbors, relatives....people that I truly care about! I am very familiar with the surrounding areas of Woodland as well.
Due to the market conditions we have endured these past years, I have had the opportunity to become an expert in listing and consulting buyers in Short Sales, I have also listed many Bank Owned (REO) properties so I can better consult by buyers on how to get their offer accepted. I have worked extensively with First Time Homebuyers....they are my favorites! I love their excitement and enthusiasm and love to be part of one of the biggest moments of their lives. There are many helpful programs out there to help with a first time buyer's down payment and having had such experience, I am able to better serve!
