| As we were out of town sellers, we had to ask Peter to represent us at our townhome for the 2 repairs that the buyers were asking to be done. After selecting the repair companies, Peter coordinated w/them to meet & be there while the work was being done. We also had to ask Peter to go above & beyond what most realtors are expected to do as there were 2 separate occasions where we needed his help. He was able to take care of both issues in a very timely manner. Problems.....solved! We would very highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a realtor. | Peter is very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and easy to work with. We saw probably close to 100 houses. Each time we met, he would polish the list of houses which suited our needs. He entertains questions, answers as many questions as possible and if he does not know an answer, he would look it up and tell us the next day. |

| Peter was a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience buying a home and I had no idea where to even start. Peter was very professional and his expertise made things easy. He explained every process thoroughly and had my best interest at heart. He was available any time I needed him to meet in person, on the phone, text, or email. He helped find a perfect and beautiful home within a week of looking. At first I was skeptical to work with him since I am new to the area and did not know anyone.
