I was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and have also lived in Lexington, Kentucky for several years.  Since 1981 I have been happily situated in Mercer County.

I specialize in listing and selling residential properties from my fully automated office with a personal marketing assistant.  I negotiate and provide a follow-up system throughout the entire transaction for a smooth move.  Over 80% of my business is from repeat clients!

My professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist.  Only 2% of all Realtors hold this designation.  I have also served on the Grievance Committee and the Million Dollar Club Committee for the Mercer County Board of Realtors.
