After retiring from Levi Strauss & Company in 1999 with 25 years of client service in sales, marketing and management, the natural career progression was to move into the real estate arena where the skill of negotiation would be the foundation of my success. In 2003, I became a licensed Realtor® in Frisco, Texas. January 2004 brought me to the Carolina’s where I am licensed in both North/South Carolina with specialized certifications in Foreclosure and Short Sales.
In addition to the traditional sell or purchase, the challenge of a pre-foreclosure situation is my passion. The opportunity to work with individuals whose homes have been compromised by today’s economy is a task we do not take lightly. “Short Sales” have become a large part of today’s market; however, few agents have the specialized training needed to complete them effectively. These transactions are complex, difficult and carry hidden risks for the seller or buyer, which an inexperienced agent may not be aware of. The ever changing government plans available to the homeowner are just that, “ever changing”! It’s critical we remain abreast of these plans to insure the homeowner has the most has current information to guide them though their decisions.
