My name is Michael Wolff and I have been a life long resident of the Elkhart and St Joseph County area. I'm married and have two grown children.   I have worked in sales all my life so I am able to work with people and find out there needs.  I obtained my real estate liscense in 2005 and have enjoyed working in the business. I enjoy working with first time buyers and walking them thru the process of buying their first home.  Or the seasoned home buyer that has already purchased homes.  I like to take the time to sit down with my clients to find out what they want in a home.  This saves the time in that we are not looking at home they are not interested in purchasing. 

I also work with home sellers in marketing their homes thru various forms of advertising.  If your home is not advertised propery it will probably take longer to sell which in the long run cost the home owner more money in taxes, loan interest, insurance etc. In additon to all the programs that Cressy and Everett offers I do additioinal adverting in the local newspaper, Local home magazine and on my websites.

 I also work as a volunteer with the local Chamber of Commerce.  I am a member of the Local Multiple Listing Services in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties, and State and National Association of Realtors.
