Choosing an Agent
For a lot of people the process of relocating and selling a property, which is often one of their biggest asset can be the most stressful event they may encounter.
The wide spectrum of parameters to deal with during the sale process, and possibly the most important is the real estate agent you choose to represent you. That is, someone who places always your best interest first and foremost, is unconditionally loyal but also someone who can take swiftly "command in the fire" and has the natural organizational, marketing and negotiating systems and structures in place to promote with confidence this very exciting journey! And last, someone who keeps you updated with the good and the bad, so that you can always make an informed decision!!
In addition to successfully selling real estate since 1993, I am a proud member of the AUSTRALIAN - AMERICAN ASSOCIATION in Perth, W.Australia, passionate about traveling, reading novels, history and especially traveling to sacred sites....their beauty, tranquility, vibrational power and magnetism can heal people emotionally and physically, activate them spiritually and balance the soul to its divine tapestry, to cellular healing, peace and promote global abundance, I believe.
As the proud and grateful parent of a year 12 Excellence Award graduate teenager, I understand the pressures associated when relocating with children, the search for schools, adjusting and starting a new. Whether dealing with young couples or senior citizens, I have learned the right "language" to use, and committed to making the process as satisfying, and more importantly treating you and your needs as if it were my own.
As a long time resident of the northern coastal strip where I am active in community volunteering groups - passionate about jogging and Reiki programs-, I have a clear advantage in conveying the benefits of living in coastal Burns Beach and the northwest corridor of Perth, W.Australia. I hold a Real Estate Agent and Business Agent license backed by over 17 years experience in sales, marketing and customer service, gained from selling over 300 homes - many millions of dollars worth of property, and additionally acting as an owner builder for six houses - an invaluable insight when appraising and marketing properties, and starting again another project on the coast, in upmarket Burns Beach.
