Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a hard working, fun loving mom. I've been around this business (serving hundreds of clients in the LA County Beach cities) learning to not be attached to the outcome of any deal. Simply meaning, you can always count on me to tell you the truth, even if it is going to cost me money. For example, if I believe your home is worth $1,200,000 but other brokers have told you $1,600,000 just to "earn" your listing, I will still  tell you, yours is worth $1,200,000 and I will respectfully walk from the listing. I will never take a listing in that manner as that enables false hope in you the seller that ends up costing the you money as the home lingers on the market. Bottom line, I will tell you if you are making a great decision or a very poor decision. I do expect the same honesty and forth coming from my clients as well.
