Just as a stool must have at least three legs, I operate my business with three “legs” or foundations. These three legs are commitment to service, integrity and a great attention to detail.

My passion is for people and serving them in such a way that enhances the quality of their life. I accomplish this through great listening skills. There is nothing more important than listening to YOUR wants and needs so that I can then address those needs in the most efficient and appropriate manner. What good is an agent with knowledge of the market, if they don’t listen to you? They try to sell you the house they want you to buy, instead of what it is that YOU want. That will NOT happen when you work with me.   

Integrity is the second leg, or foundation, of my business. I take great pride in having the utmost integrity in all areas of my life. It is imperative that I am able to have a trusting relationship with my clients. This trust is created and maintained by always operating with integrity. I have a strong knowledge of this industry. However, no one knows all things. So, if I am asked a question I don’t know the answer to, I let you know that I will have to look into it, find the answer, and get back to you; rather than give you an answer that may not be accurate. 

Attention to detail is huge in this industry, from ensuring each “T” is crossed and “I” is dotted on the contract, to following up on every item in that contract. When you are making one of the largest transactions of your life, you don’t want to worry that a deadline will be missed or an amendment not completed properly. Let me worry about all those details for you!
