I have been buying and selling real estate for over 22 years, and have been a sales person/broker with a license for 14. I have personally bought and sold almost every type of real estate property available from fixer-uppers to foreclosures to short sales, and regular sales both commercial and residential.
I have helped and guided clients and customers through the home buying and selling process. I spend a lot of time working with each client giving them the attention they deserve. Every transaction is different and with the ever-changing mortgage guidelines, it helps to have someone on your side who knows how to get through all the red-tape.

I believe that we should all continue our education and find out more about the field we work in and love. I have carry a CPDE for distressed properties, an ABR which is a buyers' representative and a SRES which is a seniors designation.
Learning more about each field provides me with the knowledge to help guide my clients better throughout the entire process.
