Real estate has always been my passion. From the time time I was a little girl, I learned the value of owning property and the importance of improving it. Monopoly was the only board game my parents owned. Consequently, I spent many evenings judiciously bartering with my older brother as I slowly acquired his premium properties.

As a seasoned real estate broker, I use my analytical and visionary skills to uncover the potential in properties for individuals and real estate investors. Early in my career, I listed and sold single family properties to mostly homeowners, earning me sales awards during my first year of real estate. Even then, I prided myself on finding buyers a property with a strong equity position. I’m not sure they always fully understood the service I provided for them, but I did.

In 2006, I obtained my broker’s license and opened my own brokerage. My career evolved to include high-end luxury properties as well as a few commercial and land development projects. I was at the height of my real estate career and marketing a luxury home development when the market crashed. I began appraising residential real estate for banks and loss mitigation companies. Fortunately, along with the downturn came an enormous market opportunity that allowed me to spend the next eight years earning revenue for investors through acquiring and selling individual properties. I inspected and appraised them, managed property renovation projects, and then resold them.

I took a brief hiatus from working in real estate full-time, in order to fulfill a childhood dream of earning my bachelor’s degree. I’m a first generation college student who recently graduated cum laude from the University of California Irvine. My interest in humanitarian work helped me to earn the Chancellor’s Award of Distinction and has given me a new zeal for helping impoverished youth in Orange County.
