I like to say that I am the realtor that has "gone Green". I wanted to combine my two passions real estate and trying to help the environment.  I made a conscious decision to change the way I live.  I recycle, make compost in my back yard, changed to CFL lightbulbs, use cold water to do laundry, Peco wind, etc.  I am in the process of receiving my Green designation with the National Assoc. of Realtors and use the internet, eflyers, virtual tours and QR codes to do most of my business.  Decrease your daily impact and market your property the eco friendly way.
