I moved to Boulder in 1984 to run and start up the Boulder Outdoor Center, which quickly grew into one of the largest and most successful kayaking and rafting companies in Colorado.  After 17 years of teaching kayaking, river rescue and running a retail store, I decided to move on from my labor of love and spend more time with my family.  I am blessed with an 11 year old son, Jack and a 13 year old daughter, Lexie.  It was a short time later that I decided to move into Real Estate.  This decision was based on my knowledge of the front range, large sphere of friends and 17 years of background in business.  I'm a hardworking, straight-talking, disciplined, ethical and intelligent professional; I have fashioned a successful career out of helping people with their most important asset.  I can help you find the right home, get pre-approved, locate lenders, arrange inspectors, and provide keen market analysis to determine optimal pricing.  I joined Mock Realty over 8 years ago.  Mock Realty is a company that is extremely personable, family oriented and actually took an interest in me and not just what numbers I could produce.  Not long after joining Mock I discovered a new passion - competing in triathlons; with proper systems in place and with the aid of a licensed Real Estate assistant, I've been able to find a great job that allows me to succeed at both!
