DJ veteran Mike Hoska was gracing the decks at the tender age of 12. Growing up in a musical home with eclectic tastes. There was an abundance of vinyl to experiment with. Inheriting hand me down instruments also paved the way for what the future would hold, especially at the birth of consumer electronics and MIDI being readily available within the synthesizers and drum machines surrounding him, not to mention a vast array of guitars, pedals, turntables, cassette decks, etc.... During this time his sonic pallet developed and came into its own. Being memorized by b-boy culture, as well as early electro, Italo, and pop music as well as hip hop and Miami bass Hoska’s taste eventually grew towards an eclectic passion for dance music in which he would go on to make a lifestyle of until the present day. Live studio productions consisting of a collection of vintage analog synthesizers as well as samplers and experimental gadgets generate the live sets and individual projects, as well as collaborating with several local artists and musicians in Providence, RI where he now resides. Also a proficient turntablist, the integration of this element is unique to the late night tech, minimal, and progressive house genre's as well as the funk and soul party sets he's throws down. Sets are more of a performance and less of a playlist of effective tracks. Currently playing a leading roll in as a key developer for Numark and Akai Pro, he’s turned heads across the globe as an artist and guru of new DJ technology. With over two decades of experience, an abundance of talent and creativity, he is at home in front of an audience playing along side DJ's like Sander Kleinberg, Steve Porter, and D:Fuse. Also charted by dozens of international DJ stars.  While performing live, new ideas are conceived and executed on the fly in effortless precision. So expect raw energy and unique sound from this DJ, producer, and performer.
