I believe without good information, you can’t make a good decision.  Buying or selling a home can be very stressful. If you are a first time home buyer, a first time investor, downsizing as an empty nester, or are a portfolio manager for a hedge fund, you have questions.  My goal is to answer those questions in simple English. You need to understand the information so you can make a good decision, not learn a new set of jargon. A young family might want information on the local schools. Investors may want to know what the ROI, ARV, or the property value in relationship to the top or bottom of the market? What is a TRID? What are prices doing in this neighborhood? Is this a good price for this house?  And the list goes on. 

My previous business background is in business management, sales and accounting. Yes, I can read financial statements.  I apply this broad background knowledge to my Real Estate practice.  This allows me to really listen to my client’s wants and needs, then get the job done! Effectively advertising a property for sale using cutting edge marketing programs and tools. Helping a buyer identify an amazing home. This depth of experience helps me negotiate the best deal for my client.

My wife and I moved to Arizona in 2004. We took our 4 children and moved them to the Valley of the Sun.  We fell in love with the West Valley and settled here.
