I have been selling real estate full time for 35 years, and have sold over 1500 local properties. I am the Owner and Broker of Broadmoor Realty, Inc., here in Long Beach, California. My business is mainly made up of referrals from past clients and friends that know I will take great care of them, as well as anyone they send my way. I have been a REALTOR since 1977. | One Agent came to see me and told me what he thought my property would sell for. I called Mike Robinson, who came in and gave me a price 10% higher. I was skeptical, but Mike explained that he does many things the other Brokers don’t do, and that this results in a higher sales price, with less hassle for me. Well, all I can tell you is that we sold the property soon thereafter, at the higher price. Mike took cared of all the details, and kept in contact with me the whole time.
