As a military spouse and mother of three, I understand the stress that a military relocation can place on a family.  I’ve lived through six permanent change of station (PCS) moves and have dealt with the leaving friends, finding new jobs and schools, lost boxes, damaged furniture, frazzled kids, and everything else involved with a military move.  Above all I understand the typical military homebuyer and seller needs, so let me help you by taking one source of PCS stress off of your plate. 

As a seller, you may need to move your property quickly and you may even leave the area before your house is sold.  I’ll help you price your home properly, and you’ll remain my first priority even if you PCS before your sale closes.  As a buyer, I know you will need all of the information you can get on properties you are interested in even though you may not have time to conduct an extensive house search.  I have plenty of experience with home buying and selling in the information age; in fact my husband and I purchased our current house in Colorado Springs without actually visiting it!  I’m happy to go and take pictures and video of homes you may be interested in, and I’ll gather whatever other information you need to help you make an informed decision.  And once you move to the area, I’m available to you as a military asset.  I can help you navigate Tricare, base/post services, and other military-specific needs you may have.  I’m also familiar with the local and military schooling and programs for children with special needs as I have extensive personal experience in this area.
