After retiring from the real estate banking industry in 2007, I got busy learning and excelling at the sales side of the business.  I love my second career and love my customers, digging into the heart of their needs and delivering results that earn their return busines and referrals.  75% of my business comes directly from personal referrals!   That does not happen without a consistent delivery of exceptional service.

I believe consistent education means giving my customers the best advantage, and that volunteer service to my community and profession gives me back tenfold in a better understanding of people and the neighborhoods in which I serve.  I have been awarded several company awards, the Northeast Florida Assn of Realtors 2013 Professional Development Award and the 2014 Realtor of the Year, and have been a member of the Florida Realtors Honor Society since 2010.
