NC Realty Solutions was started in 2009 by Bill and Mary Jo Ryan, long term brokers in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill markets. We both worked for a large affialiate broker for 12 years prior to this and had been assisting buyers in the Wilmington area since 2006. When the real estate market took a downturn in 2008, we decided to take that opportunity to combine our professional services and develop a family business. Our goal was to provide buyers and sellers full professional services in BOTH the Triangle and Wilmington markets. In 2010, our son Dan joined the firm to assist in the Wilmington area and coastal regions. He has been a resident of Wilmington since 2003 and is a graduate of UNCW.  We offer Accredited Buyer Agency, Luxury Home Sales, Short Sale and Foreclosure certification as well as extensive relocation, new construction, investment and land development experience.
