| My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers. Maureen made the daunting task of buying our first home an excellent experience. Maureen was extremely patient, very professional but had an amazing sense of humor, and was willing to go the extra mile for us. We had a lower price range, and I laugh now at some of the houses we looked at! Maureen was right on target with which homes she thought were a good deal and which ones we should run from. I also commend Maureen on dealing with my oh-so-picky boyfriend. She tried to meet all of his many criteria on each home she emailed us to look at. The settlement process was also a smooth transaction. We had many questions leading up to it, and Maureen was always willing to answer our questions, or find someone that could answer them for us right away. |

| maureen was in a word..fabulous. she worked very hard to not only show me several homes but also with my schedule went the extra mile to not only insure that i found the perfect home but also that it became mine. there are not enough stars here to explain how satisfied i was with her. if i ever want another home she will be my only choice |

| Maureen helped me buy a foreclosure at a super price and dealing with the seller went well. It took several months of searching and waiting but in the end it paid off and I got something I could afford. |

| Negotiation skills: My fiance and I had been searching for our first home for a long time. Maureen was very patient with us during our house hunt for our "perfect home". She knew what types of house we would like to see and what our style was, so if she came across a house she knew wouldn't be one we'd like she never wasted our time. She was wonderful when it came to explaining things to us that we didn't understand and she made sure we didn't become "house poor". Not only did Maureen help us find our first home, she also became a dear friend in the process! |
