For vacant properties, I turn on the utilities, water the lawn, get that curb appeal back, and have the interior cleaned as well. I announce the new listings at our broker tour meetings, advertise on the internet, upload multiple pictures and hold open houses to maximize exposure. I am committed to helping you get your assets sold for the most money possible in the least amount of time.
