WHAT IS A "COMMUNITY CHAMPION”: Community Champions are local heroes, including military members, educators, law enforcement professionals, firefighters, first responders (paramedics, EMTs, and ambulance personnel), and medical professionals (doctors, nurses, and medical/technical staff members) active or retired in these professions.

WHAT I DO FOR BUYERS: I provide a free service to anyone looking to buy or rent a home. Most importantly, Community Champions will receive 20% of my commission when we successfully buy a house. This is my way of saying “Thank you for your service!”

WHAT I DO FOR SELLERS: I offer a reduced fee to Sellers but NOT reduced service. I will sell your house for 5% total commission (Seller's agent 2%, Buyer's agent 3%), plus a full service listing which includes but not limited to the following: In-home sellers consultation, Comparative Market Analysis, specialized property website, showcased on mobile app, 3D virtual tour, open house, list it on the MLS, professional photos, etc.
