I grew up downhill sking and that is still my main fun activity in the winter, but I have learned to love Nordic skiing as well.  One can also get outside and enjoy the area snowmobiling, snowshoeing or even winter fat biking!

In the summer you do not want to be inside in Crested Butte.  I enjoy trail running, hiking with friends and rafting, but Crested Butte is known for our epic mountain biking too.  You also won't regret just sitting outside in our mild daytime temperatures enjoying one of the many restaurants in town.
