I have been an associate broker since 2007, and have worked with both buyers and sellers. I give my sellers honest and up-to-date competitive market analyses so that their homes will be priced to move in whatever the market situation at the present time. Also, I make sure my buyers get prequalified with a reputable lenders and that they do not overpay for a home. My forte is excellent customer service from start to closing. That is what keeps customers coming back and giving me referrals in the future.
