. I will be negotiating the terms of this short sale with your lender on your behalf. You will receive no proceeds from the sale. You will be able to protect your credit. I intend to market your property for resale during the time I am negotiating with the bank and require your cooperation in signing a listing agreement and making the property available to show. Once your short sale is closed, I intend to resell the property at a profit I propose to purchase the property from you, using an option agreement, at a below- market price that is acceptable to your lender in satisfaction of your mortgage in order to avoid foreclosure as quickly as possible. I have the financial ability to close the deal, using my own cash to fund the transaction. I do not require a third party to close with you. I am proposing a legal transaction(this is not a confusing Land Trust where beneficiaries are switched around all the time, any form of equity skimming, or other fraudulent scheme) and I have no objection to you getting a legal option before signing the papers, but I have a time limit. I am an investor. Your property fit into my business plan. If you are not interested I understand, and will go to the next property that does. I'm making a profit on the bank not you.
