this  Julie is a REALTOR® Broker/owner, CRS, GRI with Sample & Poole Properties, LLC.  She has been a full time multi Million dollar  top producing agent since 1978. Julie has  lived in the Jackson area since 1975 Julie has 3 daughters that live in Los Angeles, California and as such decided to become and  active agent in Los Angeles, Ca. as well as Jackson, MS.  Julie and Meta Poole Ginn decided to start a new real estate firm that would service Jackson Metro area and the Oxford area.(Ole Miss)  Their new company opened its doors September 2007.  Meta works in the Oxford area as the broker and Julie works in the Jackson area as broker.   Julie works mainly in Hinds,Rankin and Madison counties. In  residental real estate she works mainly with relocation, upscale properties,  and upscale builders.  She has developed one subdivison (Belle Meade ) that contians upscale acadian garden homes.   Whether it is work,Ole Miss sports games, entertaining, gardening, reading, walking on fire, hiking, white water rafting or participating in church activities, Julie always give it her best.She is constantly striving to improve by attending numerous courses and seminars. Having been involved with Howard Brinton Seminars, Tony Robbins Seminars, and a member of Dr. Fred Grosse Wealth Cube Group, she is constantly striving to improve and raise her clients' expectations. As Julie says, "If you're not improving, you're deteriorating!"Julie wants every real estate transaction to be not only rewarding but also fun!
