My wife and I moved to New Hampshire in 1987 where we fell in love with the area and decided this is where we would settle and raise a family. I have been a self-employed building and renovating contractor since 1988 and when I earned my real estate license in 2007, I realized my construction experience was my competitive advantage over other agents. My buyer clients benefit from my ability to spot potential problems as well as quickly estimate potential improvements. As a builder, I am constantly studying market conditions and trends allowing me to position my seller client's properties for maximum dollar in a timely fashion. I have extensive experience in new construction as well as renovations which my clients rely on for purchasing and selling advice. | Working with Marty has been great, he is very knowledgable in construction so its like having a building inspector with you when your walking thru a home you want to purchase,also he is NOT PUSHY and he gets back to you promptly if he misses your call-definately would recommend him |
