An innate desire to satisfy, educate, advocate and negotiate for my clients’ characterizes my standard of real estate practice. I am my client’s ‘Trusted Maui Advisor’ and to that end I have sought out the highest level of education and tools to create success for my clients and their entrusted referrals. I was licensed in 1996, sat for my ‘Broker’s’ exam in 2003, earned the National Association of Realtors’ highest level of residential sales designations, CRS, ‘Certified Residential Specialist’, ABR, ‘Accredited Buyers Representative’ and RSPS, ‘Resort, Second Home Property Specialist’ in my early years of practice. Along with a seasoned 40 year entre- preneurial business background I bring to my real estate practice a team of service providers second to none. Lenders, Property Inspectors, Surveyors, Handymen, Escrow officers, Contractors, and a full time Marketing Assistant. My lovely wife of 33 years, Nancy, is also a licensed Hawaii realtor and a valuable team member.
My business partner, Ken Hayo, has been licensed to practice in Maui for over 24 years and been involved in over 3 billion dollars in real estate sales as a Sales Agent, Broker & Principal Broker, providing an unmatched level of experience, service and integrity. In addition, Ken has held numerous positions with the Realtors Association of Maui over the 24+ years which includes Board of Director, Professional Standards Panelist & Chair, Grievance Committee Chair and South Maui Regional Director. | I am truly amazed at the standard you set for marketing your listings. If other agents did the job half as well as you do, we would have no inventory. Keep up the amazing job. I truly admire how you present your properties, price and stage them well, and are always upbeat about promoting them. If more Realtors did the job the way you do it, we would all be better off. Just so you know, you are never in my spam box. I read most of the promotional material you send and you really send a lot. It is not garbage and it always conveys a very clear picture of the property with perhaps a few too many adjectives, but I can forgive adjectives if the pictures are good. They usually are . As a peer and competitor, you set the bar at a level that is tough to get over. Keep it up !!! |
