| Scott is the only realtor I would ever use. I bought 4 properties with him and I couldn't have done it without him. He is fantastic and I love him. He knew the properties and what I should pay for them. He is real and honest and I found him to have my best interest at heart. He is one in a million and I will be his friend forever. I couldn't believe all the time he spent with me looking at places. Not once did he let me down to see a place as soon as it went on the market. This is very important because we are in a fast market and if you don't get their right away, you lose it to someone else. He never let that happen. He has built his own homes and knew where to look for problems. If he did not like a place he told me not to get it. He is so honest and he was exactly what I needed, an agent and a friend. He is the total professional, you can trust him to find the right home for you. This is a real review, I did not know Scott until I was looking for an agent and he really is the best you can have in finding your dream home. I would not use anyone else. |

He was always ready and willing to show me any house that I chose to look at during my long extensive search. | Scott listed and sold a home for me and I would absolutely use Scott if I had to do it all over again. He is prompt with his replies and goes the extra mile to make sure all of the pieces fall into place. We had a couple of difficulties in the week leading up to the closing, and Scott was right there in front of the issues helping out and making sure everything stayed on track. I cannot speak for his service on the buying side, but I know I will be contacting Scott when that time comes as well. |
