Prior to my Real Estate career, I was self employed as a computer programmer and Internet business consultant. After buying my first home and doing some research on real estate investing, I decided to take courses to learn more about investing in real estate. I found that I enjoyed the process and ultimately was persuaded by a friend to come into the business, albeit it did not take much convincing :)
After working with some friends in the REO (Real Estate Owned), or foreclosure arena, I decided to branch out and opened my own company. I did this for several years and after buying into a franchise that flopped, closed my doors to regroup, going to work with another company for about 6 months. I then opened up Tech Realty®. Determined to learn from mistakes made previously, I am setting out to show how technology can greatly improve the real estate buying and selling process in my local market, and eventually turn Tech Realty into a national model.
I have worked as a real estate trainer and coach to other agents around the country and helped them to utilize technology in their day to day business in an effort to help them create more business, and better services to their clients. I still have a handful of agents I work with but have stopped taking new coaching customers to focus on growing my brokerage.
I am hard working and look forward to working with you. For more information about our market area and services, please view MS Coast Real Estate Blog
I started my career after over a decade in the computer industry where I ultimately did a bit of everything from repairs to programming, but I had a very strong emphasis in web technologies. I use this experience to effectively market myself and my seller clients' properties more efficiently and more effectivly than the average agent. As a real estate investor, I am able to help other investors make more concise goals and plans as well as help them valuate potential investments.
I have a knack for investment properties because I am very strong with numbers and know how to valuate properties. I have recently started dealing with several developers to take on larger projects and while it has been a bit of a learning curve, I enjoy it immensely. My true love is on waterfront properties though. Being an avid fisher and boater, I love being on the water and helping people buy and sell waterfront homes and condos is by far my most enjoyable time in real estate :-)
I enjoy my work and the people I work. Please do not hesitate to call if you need my assistance.
