Dionne Bass brings over 28 years of experience in mortgage banking and lending to the table. Her extensive background includes serving as a Contract Underwriter for three prominent Mortgage Insurance Companies and underwriting for various major lending institutions.

For more than two decades, Dionne has been actively involved in writing and instructing mortgage courses, seminars, and workshops tailored for numerous Mortgage Brokers. 

Her expertise is particularly dedicated to mentoring new mortgage professionals with less than 5 years of experience and conducting workshops aimed at bridging the divide between finance and real estate sales for real estate agents. 

Additionally, she focuses on developing training materials for companies aiming to improve their workforce's skills and assisting mortgage companies in establishing their own training departments.
