Orhan Mutlu is currently an agent in upstate New York with Keller Williams Capital District, where he believes he has found his forte. Providing excellent customer service and a unique experience for each client is Orhan’s main prerogative in selling real estate.

Orhan’s unique background in Business Administration gives him an advantage in how he perceives the real estate market; and is able to market both for and to prospective buyers and sellers within the industry. Exceeding expectations is one of Orhan’s primary business goals, and he utilizes his business experience to provide full time marketing efforts for his clients.

Orhan’s experience as a General Contractor for over eight years in both commercial and residential construction has given him the advantage of being exceedingly familiar with building codes, and the many phases of construction. His repertoire of successful projects completed as project manager include a $1.7 million dollar remodeling project in which Orhan was in charge of over twenty-eight subcontractors at various levels of construction. This familiarity with construction and real estate has also led Orhan to pursue property management for various clients. Orhan is currently managing four units for various clientele, in addition to owning eight rental units himself.

It is because of this experience that Orhan is able to provide clients with a level of expertise beyond that of many other agents in the industry. Orhan considers each real estate transaction to be a lifetime investment for his clients, and treats it as such. This mentality enables client relationships to transcend from a “business” mentality into more of a “family” relationship.
