Charlotte is the Broker and Co-owner of one of the largest RE/MAX offices in Central Ohio with offices in Upper Arlington, Worthington and Dublin/Powell and Grandville.  She has actively sold real estate for the past 42 years and has consistently been one of the area's most successful and respected Realtors.  Charlotte her son Marc and their team comprise The Van Steyn Partners. 

Charlotte has served as President of the Columbus Board of Realtors and as a Trustee for nine years.  She has been the past Recipient of Broker of the Year (1996) and Realtor of the Year (1987)

Charlotte was honored to receive two prestigious awards in 2004.  The Worthington Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year and The Ohio Association of Realtor Distinguished Service Award for lifetime achievement.
