I have lived in the central Connecticut area for over 35 years, moving here from upstate New York. I have three grown children who were raised in the area and went through the local schools. I was PTA president in both the elementary and high school and involved in many community activities and organizations.
I am currently on the Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR) Board of Directors, where I have served for 11 years. I am on the Risk Reduction Committee for CAR, which keeps me on top of all the relevent issues in Connecticut Real Estate. I also was the State Treasurer for the Connecticut Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists for 10 years.

My primary area of expertise is Residential Real Estate. I have achieved several advanced designations that have helped me in my goal to be knowledgable and stay on top of relevent issues pertaining to the real estate market in Connecticut. I am a "people person" and enjoy helping others achieve their goal of home ownership. I have worked with several families over the years who have had to deal with many emotional issues. The factors that cause a family to move can run the gambit of emotons from happy to purchase a first home, to job relocation, to divorce or even death. I know compassion and the need for complete privacy are key to all the people I serve. I have recently become certified to aid homeowners in the intricacies of selling Short Sale and Foreclosure properties.
