First-Time Home Buyers: Years ago, when I assisted my daughter with the purchase of her home, I saw the near "terror" she was feeling about what she perceived to be a monumental and daunting process. As any mother would, I held her hand and navigated her through each step. I extend this same approach to each of my first-time home buyers. I provide them with tutorial videos about the various stages of the loan process and carefully and completely review every document to be signed and every step we must take to reach the closing table.
