The Law Office of Richard V. Foster is a full service agency dedicated to the highest level of client service. As an example, the State of Nevada allows a Multiple Representation by a single agent to represent both the Buyer and the Seller in the same transaction (also known as Dual Agency). Even though it is allowed in this state, I do not practice it, nor do I allow my team members to practice it. I feel it is a total conflict that is best avoided even though it can be done correctly, it is something that gives the client a better feeling of service to be dedicated to just their needs.
Besides being a licensed attorney, I specialize in Residential Real Estate transactions in the Greater Las Vegas Area (including neighboring Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City) . As a listing agent for Banks in foreclosures, I understand the way to put together deals that will best serve the buyers that desire foreclosure properties in this area. I have extensive experience as both an agent and a manager in Real Estate. I have been a licensee in the State of Nevada since 2002 and was an Investor from California for 15 years before that.
