| Nancy is a very knowledgable, very personable, and very energetic agent who will champion your needs and interests with integrity and enthusiasm every step of the way in a real estate transaction. I was looking for that hard to find rural property - close in and affordable - and met Nancy at a property that she was showing. I had been looking a long time, in a lot of areas, and with a wide variety of other agents and happened across this property on my own. I really liked the area that Nancy's property was in but couldnt afford that house so I hired Nancy as my agent. Her knowledge of the area, expertise in home construction and quality, and determination to find me something that I would be happy with was very impressive and unlike the other agents I had worked with. Throughout the process, she was a delight to be with and a trusted consultant. She showed me options tirelessly, jumped quickly on new homes on the market that she thought would be of interest, powerfully persuaded me from not buying an attractively affordable termite trap, and in the end found me my dream home and worked the negotiations with my best interests in the forefront. I highly recommend Nancy and would definitely engage her again....though I love my home and wouldnt want to leave! |
