My passion in the real estate business has for many years been new construction. We are continually searching for more land, and we have expertise in marketing a variety of new construction concepts. Presently we are handling the marketing of luxury homes and active adult communities in Franklin, Ma. We have also marketed 40B subdivisions, cluster zoning, conventional single family homes and conventional condominiums. Our knowledge of the various zoning concepts has allowed us to sell over 40 subdivisions in Franklin and surrounding towns. We also have a vast inventory of resale properties and multifamily homes in Franklin and the surrounding communities. Our marketing consists of internet exposure with a prime presence and location on google. We also participate in direct mail marketing to the town of Franklin and surrounding communities.
