Several months ago, I relocated to Ohio and began looking for a home in the Marysville area.  Home buying is a big step to me and can often seem overwhelming for someone new to the area and working long hours at the same time.  I am writing to tell you specifically about my experience with your office and more importantly, the two people that made my experience so memorable, timely, and convenient.

I have purchased several homes in the past and worked with many realtors over the years in each of my relocations.  I have never received better service or more professional advice than with Nanie and Dana in the Marysville Office.  With my new job and my travel schedule, Nanie and Dana were exceptional at helping me find my new home.  I could not be happier with my home or the service both of them provided me every step of the way.  I think at times, they understood better than I did what I was looking for in a home.  Since my travel schedule requires me to be out of town frequently, Nanie and Dana were very flexible at scheduling viewing around my schedule - often in the evening and the weekends.  I appreciate their sacrifices to ensure I saw every house and every opportunity was unexplainable helpful.  I cannon say enough about heir professionalism, personality, and knowledge of the area and the process.  Not only were they supportive before and during the buying process, but their customer service continues long after my purchase.  I truly feel Nanie and Dana represented my best interest as a homebuyer.  They are an exceptional example of what all other realtors should strive to be.

I am a first time customer to HER, but it is because of Nanie and Dana that I will return to HER in the future and also recommend my friends as well, I think a home is a very important and personal part of everyone's life and I am proud to say my relocation, my home buying experience, and my new home are even more special to me because of Nanie and Dana's commitment to making it that way.  I send with this letter my sincerest and warmest thanks to both of them.

I didn't want anymore time to pass without thanking you for everything you did to make my searching and buying experience for my new home fun, interesting, and of course, exciting.
