Last but not least, fostering a culture of success and fun whereby ALL agents learn their own unique talents and apply them on a daily basis. I am convinced that if we help our agents become the best versions of themselves our clients will become our raving fans and foot soldiers - to me, that is the cornerstone of success!!"

Licensed as a mortgage broker between 2005-2015, Brandon utilized mortgage knowledge during the initial months of the Great Recession in late 2006 / early 2007. During which time he built a loss mitigation division for one of SWFL's most prominent law firms. In January of 2008, he passed the FL real estate exam, and by 2010 he attained a brokers license.
Over a seven year period between 2008-2015, Brandon A. Sciuto, P.A. helped hundreds of Floridians exit distressed properties with upside down mortgages. His work has helped so many avoid the embarrassment of foreclosure. Moreover, successfully mitigating short sales prior to the time when most brokers even understood the best practices and proper procedures, his team helped so many avoid potentially damaging deficiency judgments...and most likely bankruptcy. All in all, his team successfully navigated the liquidation process for folks from all walks of life allowing their families to exit their unique situations with dignity.
Mr. Sciuto is lending his knowledge & positive energy to Carrington to continue the culture fostered by Regional VP, Russ Laggan and AVP, Adrain Petrila.

Brandon Sciuto has proven himself to be a great asset to my law firms real estate / foreclosure defense practice. We met over 3-4 years ago through his work with another area law firm, and he is a very knowledgeable REALTOR / Mortgage Broker.
I am confident in Brandon's abilities as the broker in charge of my clients real estate needs!

I assigned two (2) files to Brandon in early 2007. Both files needed a resolution, and both of my clients requested our office attempt a short sale.
The files were becoming very time consuming due to the banks inability to get on the phone line so we could begin negotiations. Within a few days Brandon had already made progress and within a few additional weeks both clients / homeowners were on their way to resolution through a short sale. Basically, Brandon has a lot of knowledge in loss mitigation, and he has a passion for helping others. I still ask for his opinion on certain issues wherein I know his expertise can help my law firm.
