I have been listing and selling real estate in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire since 1999 and I am still enjoying it. Many of my colleges got burned out or could not survive the real estate market slow down and left the industry. What helps me to keep my passion for real estate alive and to have a continuous success in sales (check my designations and awards) is my background in psychology and my unique approach to the business. Prior to stating my carrier in real estate I taught psychology at a university and I have a Ph.D. degree in this field. Real estate for me is not as much about the properties, houses, land lots etc. it is about people and their dreams, their problems and stressful situations. I consider myself as a trusted advisor and I apply all my professional negotiation skills to help my clients to achieve their goals.
A successful real estate transaction for me is the one where everyone is happy around the closing table, where both buyer and seller feel they were treated fairly and respectfully and are satisfied with the outcome. I offer my clients not only the best tools in the real estate industry: highly respected RE/MAX brand name, maximum internet exposure and the latest information on the market conditions, but also the old-fashioned customer service and personal approach, which is hard to come across in our digital era!
