In 2004 I began my real estate career in Orlando, Florida. After just 3 months of living in the state I completed my real estate licensing certifications and became a buyer agent for the number 1 RE/Max Broker in the state of Florida (number 2 in the U.S.). In the first 6 weeks of ever selling real estate in a city I didn't know I had sold 8 properties between $250,000 and $750,000. On top of helping clients buy and sell their homes I also successfully flipped 15 properties from 2004 to 2011. | My wife and I purchased a home in the quad cities about six months ago and used Nathan as our Realtor. We had a great experience with him from the get-go. We were moving from Colorado and we called about 4-5 realtors to ask questions and talk about potential homes. Out of all of them we talked with, Nathan was the most helpful and pleasant to talk with.
