President and Broker-In-Charge at Rankin Commercial Properties

(Commercial Real Estate Industry)

· Oversee Property Acquisitions, Real Estate Financing, Commercial Real Estate Development, Brokerage Services, Property Management and General Operations

· Coordinate Business Development and Marketing with Marketing Team.

· Negotiate Retail, Industrial, and Office leases and purchases.

· Analyze Tenant Improvement / Build-Out Costs

· Competitive Market Analysis of lease rates as well as purchase rates and TI costs

· Survey possible tenant locations.

· Find possible clients to represent and winning their business.

· Work on New Business Development Task Force

· Find new Business Opportunities for Rankin Commercial Properties including:
