I really enjoy Appraising Real Estate. It feeds all my personality needs, interacting with people, digging up information, and writing about my adventures.

When I show up at your client's door you can count on me to behave in a professional manner. I'm not very stuffy, and I usually enjoy my visit with the homeowner. In particular I enjoy meeting people's pets. You could accurately describe me as an animal person.

Once I've completed my inspection, I take my delivery committment seriously. I'm a good planner, and communicate promptly if there are challenges with the appraisal process. In otherwords, you won't have to worry about micro-managing the appraisal process, I see that as my job.

After I'm finished with the appraisal report, you can count on me to respond immediately if you need my assistance. If an underwritter doesn't understand something I've said, or needs additional documentation, I see that as a part of my job.
