Having bought and sold several personal properties, I know what is needed in an agent to get the job done. Having also experienced four long-distance moves, I know a dedicated agent is a necessity. My past experience working for real estate law firms as a closer gives me an edge to take you from the negotiating/contract stage to closing with minimal friction. I can also assist you with financial recommendations, having past experience as a mortgage closer.
