As a first-time buyer, your service was extremely valuable to me. You basically guided me by the hand in every step I made and always worked for my best interest. I was totally satisfied and I never felt frustrated in the whole process.

It was an honour to work with a top-notch real estate broker like you. I remember you first sat down with me to discuss my goal in our first meeting. You took the lead and showed me that it was okay to be ambitious (and you were right!) in searching for a good home.

Within 3 days, you found me a home better than my expectation. Once we had pinpointed the choice, you provided an actual sale price comparison analysis of similar houses to me before the negotiation. This analysis was critical because it set the baseline for the negotiation. At that moment, I had to say I was impressed because I never saw that with other agents in my previous experience. You then strategically negotiated the price that I wish to get.

The whole searching/negotiation/contract signing process completed diligently within a week. Most importantly, I never felt lost or puzzled in this period even though the deal was finalized quicker than expectation.

I hired the home inspector, Tom, that you recommended. Tom was another highlight of this whole experience. He is very knowledgable, social, patient, and practical. I enjoyed every moment talking with Tom. It was great to listen to his tutorial on home inspection and look into the attic and see it for myself.

Anyway, I enjoyed every bit of your service. It was absolutely a pleasant experience and it was free of charge! Except for the first house visit, I basically bought the house in front of a computer and a phone, and you took care the rest for me. In addition to acquiring a great home, I also received a valuable education out of this experience which will benefit me for my whole life.
