I am a commercial and residential broker and I am always ready to help clients with their real estate needs. I have seven years of planning board experience and an AAS degree in Civil Engineering. I use all the resources available to me and regularly hit the streets to further research and discover properties for my clients. I enjoy meeting people and regularly market my listings on the Internet, in person and by traveling to prospective buyers. I became an Eagle Scout as a boy and re-entered Scouting as an adult leader over 20 years ago. I helped save the local Cub Scout Pack and went on to reorganize and build Boy Scout Troop 68. I was Scoutmaster from 1997 to 2005 and still active as an assistant. My son as well as many other Scouts in Troop 68 have become Eagle Scouts. I am also a professional sculptor and designer and continue to exhibit sculpture nationwide. I am currently working on a new major steel piece. I am also GRI, SFR Certified as well as an EcoBroker. Currently I am putting together a major "Green" Conference for the Hudson Valley which will be held at the Keller Williams Conference Center in Goshen, NY.
