Formed in 2008, Synergy Realty was founded by seasoned real estate experts and co-owners Troy George and Lucy Noonan. The first company office launched near Southlake Town Square and was followed shortly thereafter by the opening of the Grapevine office run by Michelle Brown, owner of the Diamond Team.
Mr. George has decades of experience in sales of luxury residential properties, including new construction homes. Ms. Noonan's background as an executive leader includes owning and leading a sales and customer service consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies in sales culture, leadership development and performance management. Additionally, Noonan held executive positions with AT&T and US Airways.
