I attended Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, a member of the National Association of Realtors and SEVRAR. I am a Certfied Short Sale agent with my SFR Certification. I have been sucessfully negotiating short sales for my clients and other agents for over 2 years. I have a 15 year back ground in the mortgage industry which give me one up on knowing how to process a short sale package and deal with the banks to make the short sale process go through smoothly and secussfully.
