I have been working in the mortgage industry for the last four years with a background in finance. I've been involved in every aspect of lending from origination to underwriting to post closing audit and compliance. I'm very analytical and enjoying playing chess. I specialize in NJ home purchase and refinance mortgages. I have conventional financing available on single family homes with as little at 3% down payment as well as no PMI loans with as little as 5% down. We can work with clients that have scores as low as 580. Buyers and home owners can apply online and be preapproved instantly!
