I've been doing mortgages for years, but so have many other loan officers in the business. I feel I do set myself apart from most of the pack by truly taking the time for my customers. Time and time again, I get a client that tells me that when they left the mortgage person that they spoke to before me, or when they got a loan years before, they were utterly confused. I feel that many people don't want to spend the time that it takes to make the client feel educated and comfortable with their decisions. That is one of my main focuses, and that is why every person that leaves my office thanks me for making them feel so comfortable and confident with their decisions. Purchasing a new home can be stressful enough, that's why I make getting the mortgage quick and easy.
